This is a project run by a Costa Rican family and consists in a 2 hour visit around their property. At the farm you will learn about the process involved in growing sugar cane and about its natural history. After, you will move on to coffee’s production process, starting from the planting and continue with the crushing, peeling, and roasting. Once done, you will ride an oxcart for a visit to the sugar mill. Then continue with an exhibit and explanation of some traditional Costa Rican artefacts.
